During the work-placement of students coming from different countries and cultures

The work placement mentor instructs the trainees prior to and during their assigned tasks and informs them about the priorities and the targets to be met. He/she motivates, stimulates and gives feedback to trainees about their work and their performance, and suggests solutions and points to be improved.  He/she ensures the progressing of the activities and adapts the coaching accordingly.
