The work-placement mentor profile

The work placement Mentor of trainees coming from different contexts and cultures organises, supervises and assesses all the learning activities of the student. The work placement Mentor ensures that the training company fosters and ensures a good learning climate in which the workplace is used as a learning place.

Carrying out intermediary analysis/assessment of individual learning needs.

Optimising the trainee’s student’s performance.

Carrying out a Self-improvement reflection and process during and after the trainee’s work placement.
