After the work-placement of students coming from different countries and cultures

The work placement mentor contributes to the trainees’ assessment and observes the company procedures and legal guidelines. He/she determines (by him/herself or with the VET Provider) what has to be assessed and how the assessment has to be conducted. He/she collects relevant data on the employees for the assessment and assesses the trainees’ performances and competences development through the organization’s procedures and guidelines. He/she records the assessment.
